THE NAME MEANS SOMETHING

NOT JUST A NAME

In the 1990s, real pirate radio stations broadcast illegally off London tower blocks, cutting through static late at night. Stations like Kool FMand Don FM weren't a gimmick — they were the actual birthplace of jungle, drum and bass, and everything that came after it. No streaming, no algorithm, just a signal and whoever was listening.

Giant Pirate Radio carries that same idea forward: always on, occasionally interrupted by a real human who takes the mic live, and built by people who actually care about the music rather than a playlist engine.
